Share Anantnag: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr.PiyushSingla today briefed about the Covid Mitigation Measures taken and achievements made so far to combat the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic in the district. While giving a brief regarding the Covid-19 scenario, the DC said presently there are 3911 active cases and Covid kits containing oximeters and essential medicines are being timely distributed among positive persons. “District Administration has geared efforts to establish 5 bedded Covid Care Centres at all 335 panchayat Halqas with all basic equipments which will further augment the bed capacity in the district”, he informed.
