Newport and Covington residents get a 3-D peek at an alternative vision for a replacement 4th Street Bridge
State officials say the current 4th Street Bridge, a 1,000-foot span built in 1936, is structurally obsolete. An alternative plan for a replacement presented by The Devou Good Foundation places more emphasis on cyclists and walkers than designs drawn up by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
