Covid: Just 553 shots administered so far

However, out of the 32 districts in the state, including the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) division, over 21 districts have not taken any doses so far. While 30,000 precautionary doses have been provided by the Centre, only 553 doses have been taken so far.

No link between Covid vaccines used in India and heart attack risk

"Our study found that vaccines used in India are safe. There was no association of vaccination in India with heart attack. In fact, the study found that there were less chances of death after heart attack in vaccinated individuals," Mohit Gupta, who led the study, from G B Pant Hospital, told PTI.
