On the Med City menu this summer – gourmet cookies
The hope is to open this summer, possibly as soon as late June. This will be the third Minnesota location. The Utah-based Crumbl, which describes itself as the “nation’s fastest growing gourmet cookie company” with almost 80 locations, already has shops in Apple Valley and Maple Grove. It follows a premium bakery model, similar to Nothing Bundt Cake. Focus on a limited, but gourmet product line. Each week, Crumbl’s menu rotates to feature four different specialty cookies.
