(WTVF) â Police negotiations with a barricaded individual in Clarksville came to an end after they were found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound on Saturday. Clarksville PD say the public is now allowed to return to their homes. The incident began at 1:34 p.m. after officers responded to a domestic call on Scott Drive. Officers found 30-year-old Kantrell Head on Cranklen Circle and were able to secure a toddler that they left Scott Drive with.
