Portland battles Boston in show-down of the bus shelters
Eight Portland-area bus stops have been upgraded by artists through a program of the city, local businesses, Greater Portland Metro and the Greater Portland Council of Governments. One of the shelters now takes on a Boston competitor to be named the country's best.
