A record crowd attended the Louth Business Awards organized by Dundalk Chamber of Commerce in the Carrickdale Hotel on Saturday the 21st of October. The annual event is now a high light in the social calendar in Dundalk with over six hundred guests in attendance.
Friday the thirteenth proved lucky for Louth locals interested in growing their own food as the Louth Urban Food Sanctuary officially launched in Creative Spark. The project, led by Louth County Council in partnership with Creative Spark, and funded under the Creative Climate Action fund, aims to empower the people of Louth with the skills to develop local food resilience.
