This is the schuylkill river, big one through delaware and towards philadelphia and the raredon river in new jersey. cresting as i speak and today. that's where rescues are taking place like this. the town i lived in, the river hit an all time record crest a block from my house. what's left is a muddy mess. i'm looking at this water here. after this water recedes, there's going to be three to four inches of muck behind this. that will be in homes too. >> we don't know the exact locations of images we are looking at, but it shows how widespread it is. even the idea could people have gotten in c...
