A 44-year-old Franklin man continues to be held without bond after being charged with multiple felonies, including murder and kidnapping charges in Howard County. Just before 5 p.m. on September 7, 2020 Howard County 911 received a call from a residence in the 400 block of Crew Street in Franklin for a female stabbing victim.
