Mars missions: Scientists say solar energy tops nuclear for powering crewed missions to Mars
A research team out of the University of California, Berkeley, published a paper in the journal Frontiers in Astronomy and Space Sciences that favors solar energy over nuclear energy to power human expeditions on the surface of Mars.
