Planning for South Crofty industrial scheme in Pool, Cornwall
A Bristol-based developer has secured planning consent for the first phase of its ten-acre scheme at South Crofty in Pool. Property developer HBD will soon begin work to build a new 20,000 square foot warehouse and trade centre unit. The South Crofty development is being delivered as part of a joint venture agreement with the owner of the land, Crofty Developments Limited and it is hoped that, once complete, will create 15 new jobs.
