This Idaho college aims to give full-ride scholarships to underrepresented students
The scholarship fund is named after Elgin and Elaine Baylor. Elgin Baylor, a former Los Angeles Lakers basketball player, got his start at the College of Idaho because it had one of the few desegregated basketball teams in the nation.
