Lief Larson, Carson City CrossFit First in Northern Nevada to get CrossFit Level 3
Last week, Lief Larson was able to accomplish his goal of becoming a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3). After submitting over 1,500 hours of coaching experience and obtaining his CrossFit Level 2 Certificate, CrossFit Headquarters approved Lief to test for his Level 3 Certificate.
