Rockville Brewery Pays Tribute to Gov. Hogan With its Latest Beer A nanobrewery in Rockville is capitalizing on Gov. Larry Hogan’s viral quote, “Just wear the damn masks,” by creating a beer in his honor that is expected to debut next month.
