The countrywide exams have been postponed in J&K so as to give the agency time to assign centres to students that may be closer to their hometowns. In Manipur, which recently saw violence, the exams will begin on May 29.
All phases of the CUET 2022 were scheduled to conclude on August 20, however, now the schedule has been further deferred and the exam split into six phases.
