SERDANG: The Raja Muda of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah conferred degrees on 1,000 graduates at the 45th Convocation Ceremony of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) on Sunday (March 20).
