Tyson Foods said on Thursday it has suspended its chief financial officer, John R. Tyson, after he was charged with driving while intoxicated in Arkansas.

John Tyson, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Tyson Foods, has been arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated by University of Arkansas Police.
Tyson Foods suspended its CFO John R. Tyson after he was arrested Thursday on charges of DWI and careless driving. Tyson, the great grandson of the founder of the meat processing company, was previously arrested in 2022 on charges of public intoxication and criminal trespass.
