Daniel Horgan will hold onto his seat on the Yarmouth Board of Selectmen after earning the most votes of any candidate in the race. Horgan, who earned 37% of votes cast in Tuesday’s election, will be joined on the board by Peter Q. Smith, who narrowly edged out Curtis Sears for the second open seat.
