Mandatory evacuations. lots of them where you are? >> it's the entire area south of the gulf. i want to point out this bus here, because 5:00 p.m. is the cutoff point from evacuations from belgrade in this ar belle . that is the last bus out of town. it is on or near the path of the storm, and the second problem is lake okeechobee. they're not entirely sure that that levee system, which was built in the 1930s, it's been improved in recent years but there are very weak spots along it, and they are not sure if the rain and the fury of that storm washing up on that levee and then the rains above ...
