CARLSBAD The Carlsbad City Council met Tuesday and approved a zoning change so that 192 multifamily residential apartments can be built southwest of Palomar Airport Road and Palomar Oaks Way. The council also approved a tentative tract map and site plan for a nine-unit condominium project at 2690 Roosevelt St. The council discussed an appeal by Taylor Made and Callaway golf companies of the business license tax collector’s decisions that they had underpaid their taxes.
