Jahmir Harris, 32, of Philadelphia, turned himself into police Friday for his alleged role in the fatal Sept. 5 shooting of 50-year-old Charles Gossett. Harris allegedly drove two men to a restaurant in Overbrook, where they shot and killed Gossett. Harris was released from prison last year after he was exonerated for the 2012 murder of Louis Porter.
