　本作は、お笑い芸人・バカリズムさんのオリジナル脚本作品による映画。永野さん演じる主人公・直子は、ごくごく普通のOL生活を送っていました。華やかにも見える職場でしたが、裏では拳で派閥争いが繰り広げられている“地獄の花園”。直子と同じ会社に勤めるカリスマヤンキーOL・北条蘭（ほうじょう・らん）を広瀬アリスさん、OLたちを牛耳る“悪魔の朱里”こと安藤朱里（あんどう・しゅり）を菜々緒さんが演じているほか、川栄李奈さん、遠藤憲一さんなど男性キャストも含めて全員「OL役」で出演しています。
　永野さん演じる直子は、ごくごく普通のOL生活を送っていたはずが、ヤンキーOLたちの抗争に巻き込まれてしまうという役どころ。舞台あいさつでは自身の母親が本作を鑑賞したことを明かし「どの世代の人もおもしろがってくれて『死ぬほど笑った』って……うれしいですね」としつつ、「母親は娘が殴られているのを初めて見て、悲しくて泣きましたって」と“意外な”反響があったことを紹介していました。
