Dak Lak attacks were 'organised', state the police
The June 11 attacks which targeted the headquarters of two commune administrations in the Central Highland province of Dak Lak were “organized”, with the assailants being “aggressive, reckless, and inhumane”, reported the Ministry of Public Security.
