She was initially jailed on a charge of tampering with evidence. Two others, 27-year old Dylan Ray Walker an 27-year old Ben Rivera are charged with tampering with evidence. Dylan Walker has been arrested and charged with evidence tampering in connection with the the killing of 5-year-old Samuel Olson.

Benjamin Rivera, the roommate of Theresa Balboa, was freed on $100,000 bail Thursday. A prosecutor said the weapon used to kill Samuel Olson may have been found.

The mother of a five-year-old boy who was found dead in a Texas motel on June 1 spoke for the first time on Tuesday, and insisted that the boy's father, Dalton Olson, had to have been involved.
