The crash happened around 1:09 a.m. June 22, according the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.
Months after three "aggressive turkeys" were captured and euthanized in Wauwatosa, some residents are still having regular run-ins with the wild bird.
The online petition had nearly 500 signatures as of Friday morning.
Wauwatosa has recently trapped and killed coyotes and turkeys that were involved in conflicts with people and pets in the area.
