Following a flood of concerns and a petition against it, the majority of Calgary councillors have signed on to a motion to temporarily reverse a decision to introduce residential parking fees later this summer.
After some overnight consideration, Calgary city council revisited its decision about the housing and affordability task force recommendations.
In a 7-8 vote, council ended the housing and affordability task force’s work without moving forward on any of their recommendations.
