YORK, Maine — A full eight months after the Maine Supreme Judicial Court sent a long-running land use dispute back to the town for further proceedings, the York zoning Board of Appeals is slated to consider the matter again this Wednesday. The BOA will discuss the court's remand related to Gammon Lawn Care's operations at 650 York St., according to a meeting agenda released Friday.
