Rabiya Mateo preps for 69th Miss Universe pageant Published March 6, 2021 10:06am Rabiya Mateo is hard at work to prepare for the upcoming Miss Universe pageant. UST Sinag Ballroom Dance Co. Coach Lowell Basa Tan posted an Instagram photo showing the beauty queen in a studio.   "Day 3 of Dance Training with Miss Universe Philippines 2020," the caption read. The official Miss Universe Instagram page earlier announced that the prestigious pageant will take place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida on May 16, 2021.
