Dane County announces $1 million recovery program for artists, performers

According to a news release, the program will award $2,500 grants to eligible artists and performers and be administered by Dane Arts, which was formerly known as Dane County Cultural Affairs. The Dane Arts Need Gran (DANG!) Program was created last summer to help financially support artists during the pandemic. It provided more than $120,000 in assistance to 275 local artists.
