Dangerously Cold Wind Chills in Rochester Area into Sunday Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The southern two-thirds of Minnesota is now under a wind chill advisory. The National Weather Service posted the advisory for the Rochester area at midnight and it will remain in effect until noon on Sunday.
