Electric car charging stations installed in Mills River Park Two electric car charging stations in Mills River Park are up and running. The stations cost $56,000 — $36,000 paid by the town and $20,000 in rebates from a Volkwagon settlement through the state, according to Town Manager Daniel Cobb. The Mills River Planning Board voted 5-2 Tuesday to not recommend the approval of a special-use permit for the construction of a 92-unit townhome development on Banner Farm Road.
