Star Center production shines light on mental illness

The Star Center Theatre s Spirit of Soul will present Next to Normal, an award-winning musical that explores mental illness.
It will be presented in conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Month, which is observed in May.
Directed by Christian St. John, Next to Normal is a 2008 American Rock Musical with book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey and music by Tom Kitt. It will be presented at 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 4 p.m. Sunday at the theatre, 11 NE 23rd Ave. ....
