(Reuters) -General Motors' Cruise co-founder and chief product officer Daniel Kan has resigned, the company told Reuters on Monday, a day after Cruise CEO Kyle Vogt quit. A spokesperson for Cruise said Kan announced his resignation in a Slack message. In his message to employees, seen by Reuters, Kan noted that Cruise had been serving 10,000 rides per week.
The co-founders thanked the company "for a great ride," a month after Cruise vehicles were suspended over safety concerns.
