The performance will take place at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 15, in the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Concert Hall at Severance Music Center. It will be led by the orchestra's assistant conductor, Daniel Reith, and will feature the Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Chorus, an all-volunteer community chorus.
The gift from Geoffrey and Sarah Gund is in the form of endowment funds and 'will provide significant financial support for a large portion of COYO's annual operating expenses.'
