ELLSWORTH Hancock County Sheriff’s deputies were sent to check on a woman lying in the roadway next to a vehicle on Black Woods Road in Township 10 July 12. Deputy Marcus Downes said after investigating, Yolanda Armstrong, 35, of Milbridge was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant. Deputy Travis Frost assisted. Accident A car struck the rear of another car that slowed in traffic on Route 3 in Trenton July 15, said Deputy Luke Gross. Jason McCrystal, 43, of Colorado Springs, Colo., was driving a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer, which struck a 2007 Subaru Outback operated by Daniel Strout, 53, of Anchorage, Alaska, Gross said.
