Senate Bill 106, sponsored by Rep. Daniel Thatcher (R-West Valley City), unanimously passed out of the Senate Judiciary, Law Enforcement, and Criminal Justice Committee Thursday by a vote of 6 to 0 and will move to the full Senate for a vote.
