Property developer Bellway is building 165 homes at Kingsland Gate, in London Road, Hassocks. The development includes 115 homes for private sale and 50 affordable homes available for local people through rental or shared ownership. Out of the private homes, 58 have been sold, construction completed has already been completed on 18 with the buyers now moved in.
