mmaroney@sungazette.com The co-guardians of a Jersey Shore youth seriously injured in a football practice have sued the helmet manufacturer in federal court. Danielle M. Leone and Jacob M. Leone, co-guardians of Caleb Leone, have sued Riddell Inc., a nationwide maker of helmets based in Illinois, according to U.S. Middle District Court records. On Aug. 13, 2020, the Leones filed a civil action in Lackawanna County Court.
