1 dead in early morning North Alabama tractor-trailer crash
A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 5:40 a.m. Thursday, May 11, has claimed the life of a Killen man. Daniel R. Dutton, 50, was fatally injured when the 2019 Kenworth tractor-trailer that he was driving left the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned. Dutton was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Lauderdale County 108, approximately five miles south of Lexington, in Lauderdale County.
