Motorway drivers have to swerve a SOFA
This is the shocking moment motorway drivers had to avoid a sofa on the carriageway after it fell off the back of a pickup truck. Dashcam footage captured near the Whitefield Interchange on the M60 in Manchester shows the couch fly off the truck as the vehicle hurtles down the motorway at around 12.30pm on April 23. The sofa, which is on castors, then spins into the traffic on the busy four-lane road before it collided with an HGV, according to the driver filming.
