Grand Forks City Council divided on agreement for scoping services on bridges to East Grand Forks
A Bridge Consultant Committee has selected SRF Consulting Group, Inc., to handle the scoping phase, the first of five phases, for both bridge projects. The selected firm is now being recommended for approval from both city councils.
