San Diego police arrest suspected gunman in Oak Park homicide
SAN DIEGO — Homicide detectives arrested an 18-year-old man last week who is suspected of fatally shooting a man in May on a residential street in Oak Park, police announced Thursday night. Investigators arrested Daniel Mark Frutoz on June 25 on suspicion of murdering 44-year-old Bao Tien Duong, according to San Diego police homicide Lt. Andra Brown. A news release announcing the arrest did not include an alleged motive in the slaying.
