Francisco. you have got check the menu before you are seated. once inside the restaurant you can t see a thing. usually your eyes adjust to the dark but not here. take away one sense and your other senses are heightened to a new level. i think it enhances the food. i can actually taste the green onions and everything. it actually tasted stronger. it was really flavorful. the concept of dark dining may be new for the dark diners, it is not for the people who work here. all of the servers are visually impaired. my friends call me the human gps. once i have walked the room i don t need anyone to ....
