Google is rolling out its Dark Web Report feature to a select group of users in India, marking an expansion beyond its initial availability only to users in the United States.
Google dark web report was introduced for Google One subscribers in the US region and now Indian users can also use the service.
Google One subscribers in India can now use the Dark Web Report feature, allowing them to monitor potential exposure of personal data on the dark web, a concealed part of the internet often used by cybercriminals to exchange sensitive information. The feature provides real-time alerts to users and guidance on protecting their compromised information while giving them full control over their tracking preferences.
Google has informed that accounts that has not been used for two years could be subjected to potential deletion from 1 December, 2023.
