William Snoddy will be tried on four felony charges in connection with the death of Daron Hunter.
A prosecutor said Monday that witnesses identified William Snoddy as being at the scene as well as a vehicle that he was in. Snoddy was charged with first-degree murder.
One person is dead after a shooting near N. 47th Street and Laurel Avenue on Thursday night, according to Omaha police.
