Two men are accused of odometer fraud in St. Charles. They allegedly rolled back the odometer mileage for at least two vehicles they intended to sell through Facebook marketplace, a felony offense in Missouri.
The detective met the two men in a parking lot and used an odometer reader, which returned a reading of "N/A", which means it has been tampered with, investigators said.
