Eklund then president and CEO of Equitable five decades ago, the two shared a philosophy that the commitment to “leveling the playing field” must come from the top. John C. Graves continues to serve as a relentless advocate for financial education and tools for African Americans. His goal: placing millions on the path to multigenerational wealth.
