In a Feb. 9 letter to Kristin Fake, Hubbard County Administrator Jeff Cadwell served notice that she was suspended from the Hubbard County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Board for “inefficiency, neglect or misconduct in office.”
The Hubbard County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) and Headwaters Regional Development Commission (HRDC) have six months to solve the HRA’s numerous problems.
The HRA is facing both contractual and financial challenges, according to Hubbard County Administrator Jeff Cadwell and County Attorney Jonathan Frieden.
Hubbard County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) employees have also been terminated for falsification of time cards and for paying other people off the books to work on HRA projects.
