Jewar airport: Yamuna authority auctions two data centre plots to Sify Infinit and Jackson group
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has auctioned off two data centre plots near the upcoming Jewar airport to Sify Infinit spaces and Jackson group. Both the plots were of 20,000 square metre and reserve price for the auction was Rs 28 crore and Rs 31 crore.

Yamuna Expressway Authority allots 2 out of 5 data centre plots, eyes Rs 1,757 crore investment
The move will fetch the authority Rs 59.17 crore revenue. An investment of Rs 1,757.45 crore is proposed on these two data centre plots that will generate an estimated 775 jobs, the Authority noted.

The plots are being offered in three sizes: 20,000 square metres (three plots), 40,000 sq m (1 plot), and 1,25,660 sq m (1 plot), and depending on the size and location, the prices vary between Rs 28.17 crore and Rs 176.7 crore.
