And when did we actually start work all of those pieces and the decisions that happen along the way those are tremendously complicated projects. I understand there are designs difference between polk street and what you talked about on sixth and howard it will be helpful in not only describing the process but give us suggestions on how to make that process what i mean, i dont know what the process is like how we can push all the departments to work quicker is it you need more staff or the processes can work at the same time what can we do to improve the process so when funding are not the issue those projects are able to get on the ground i think one example youve all familiar every project has an environmental phase and a lot of times the detail design will not start until its been legislated so the design and the survey work and were doing that on some projects and trying it out before the environmental is done youre taking a risk, you know, not something that governmental agencies d ....
